Probably one of my most cherished memories. I was 18 and very naive but Marion was very wordly due to her airline career with TWA. I was scared to death landing in Heathrow not having a clue what to do but some lovely passengers helped me out. 
From then on Marion planned everything out. We rented a tiny car to tour the countryside of both countries and stay in B&B’s, which was a totally new experience for me, but so interesting to meet and talk with such a divetse lot of people and enjoy the differences in our culture and theirs. 
It was a wonderful bonding experience for us and as usual she taugt me much about life as she always did for us. 
Marion/Mariah could never forgotten…she was way too unique!
